JARVIS for the rest of us
Tony Stark had an AI that knew everything about his life and just handled it. Alan is my version of that. It learns your preferences over time and backs every recommendation with real data, so you're not trusting a black box. Your workout plan isn't set once and forgotten. It changes based on how your body actually feels, so you actually hit your goals.
Four jobs, one Chief of Staff holding them together
It’s not four apps stitched together. It’s one AI that sees everything, calendar and goals included, and decides what actually needs your attention today. A recommendation in one area already accounts for what’s happening in the rest.
Sleep & recovery
Reads recovery signals every morning and decides how hard your body can actually push today, before a single rep gets programmed.
Strength coach
Designs and progresses your actual training program, then adjusts today's session based on what recovery says you can handle, not a fixed plan on a spreadsheet.
Nutritionist
Tracks calories, macros, and water, keeps your eating plan and grocery list current, and watches the biomarkers behind the numbers.
Life coach
Checks every recommendation against what you've told it you're actually going for, so it's your plan, not generic advice.
What using Alan actually looks like
Recovery mapped to your body, sleep and biomarkers tracked automatically, training that adjusts to how you’re actually feeling, and nutrition logged by just describing what you ate.

Muscle recovery, mapped to your body
A live 3D model of you, colored by which muscles are recovered and which are still cooked from your last session. No spreadsheet of soreness ratings.

Sleep stages and lab-grade biomarkers
Deep, REM, light, and awake time broken out automatically, sitting right above your bloodwork (LDL, ApoB, Vitamin D, testosterone). Alan already knows.

Today's program, reasoned from recovery
Not a fixed plan on a spreadsheet. Sets, reps, and load adjusted to what your body can actually handle today, with the reasoning stated plainly.

Macros and water, logged by texting
Describe what you ate in plain English and Alan estimates the calories and macros itself. No barcode scanning, no typing it all in.
One bad night of sleep, traced through your whole day
Alan doesn’t just log data. It connects sources that normally never talk to each other, then tells you what it changed and why.
“Sleep was rough last night: 5h 40m, HRV down 18% from baseline.”
Alan checks in every morning. Press run to see what happens when last night’s sleep was bad.
Alan is something I built for myself, and it’s not for sale. It’s where I try out ideas for AI that acts on its own across different parts of life before they show up anywhere else, DAE included. It’s the same idea behind everything on this site: connect the pieces instead of leaving them in silos, and let the system think across all of them.
Not sure where to start? Just tell me.
Tell my digital guide what you’re looking for (a B2B product, a personal AI system, or GTM tools you can use today) and it’ll take you there.
